You know what they say: “If you read this blog, you should be committed.” Seriously.
Well, it’s that time of year again. My favorite month (and my favorite upper-lip accessory) is just around the corner.

Every year, I’m absolutely blown away by the incredible village that rallies behind me. Your generosity, your stories, and your willingness to be there for each other (and for me) is what has fueled this campaign for 17 years now. It’s what pushed us past that $100K lifetime milestone last year!
Movember isn’t just about the growing a “mightiest mo”, though. For me, it has always been about something deeper: breaking down walls, reaching out to folks who might feel like they are in the margins, and supporting the vital work the Movember Foundation does for mental health, suicide prevention, and prostate cancer.
Even though the official starting gun is still a few weeks away, the preparation starts now. My suiting-up pins are ready, and honestly, it’s never too early to start this conversation – or to get the ball rolling on donations.
If you’re ready to support this amazing cause, my donation page is officially open. You can find the link here.
Let’s do this, village. Time to rally!
