Still Going…
I’ve finally moved over the rest of the Toronto Guide entries, as well as the Fig-tionary.
I don’t know how many more entries I have to move over, seeing as MSN Spaces doesn’t tell you how many posts you have (unless I am missing something).
Seeing as the Toronto Guide is up and running, I was wondering if anyone had any requests? If you don’t know what I mean, go to the Toronto Guide and edumacate yourself.
Then, when you are done, leave a comment here or e-mail me any particular areas of interest that you would like me to write about.
Check This Out!
So, a friend of mine asked me if I could tell you all about his new Space.
If you don’t know who I’m talking about, then you should read this little article I wrote on Zanta.

Word Verification
So Julie wrote something about her experiences with word verification, as did Adrian.
I remembered this afternoon that I actually have been saving one of the funniest word verifications I have had to fill out…

form was so funny…
While this is funny, it’s also sad because it shows me typing HTML codes…
Long Overdue Dave Convo
This MSN Messenger conversation has been sitting in the bank for a while.
It’s basically part of a late night dialogue between Dave and myself. There was some beer involved…
Needless to say, you may not understand half of that. If you do, though, perhaps you can explain to others in the comments. We’re all about sharing here on Barking Space.

Wasted Time
Have you ever been hammered and felt like writing down what you’re thinking for all the world to see?
You know what I’m talking about.
Those deep thoughts that surface only when there is enough alcohol to take advantage of their buoyancy. Profound knowledge, ranking among the thoughts of the ages onhy to be found in the state of inebriation.
I know a number of people who wish that there was somewhere that they could jot down these thoughts, without fear or judgement.
Well, Dave and I have created such a place.
Go see*.

The Storm Has Come and Gone
The tornado that was World Cup 2006 has been and gone, leaving in its wake the crushed hopes of many, along with their flags in the gutter*.
The subway is a lot quieter now, as are the streets at night. Far less honking can be heard.
In this post, I stated my disappointment in hooliganism and bandwagon-jumping.
While I still maintain my belief that these types of events can bring out the worst in some, it undeniably has the effect of bringing people together for good times.
My wish would be for those good times to last longer than a week or two…
A New Me
Well, a new look for the blog, anyway.
Actually, it’s an old look for my other blog which seems to work for this one.
I was getting tired of the RSS feeds not displaying properly, and the crazy font shifts. So this new one is here to stay. You like?
Pluggy Pluggy
I would like to direct your attention to the right sidebar. Take a look. I’ll wait.
You done?
Took you long enough.
There you will see a button for Armada Quarterly. It’s an online literary magazine.
It’s a great publication and a lot of work went into it.
Go check it out. You might recognize one of the editors.
They are always looking for submissions…
* – They really have to make those car window flags far more durable. I’ve seen so many of those things fly off and land in the street.
