Trippers Redux

Trippin’ Out!

I can’t believe I forgot to post the DVD intro from our camping adventure!

The DVD has been completed for 2 months, so I should have posted it at the beginning of November. My sincerest apologies.

Anyway, here it is, in all of it’s glory…

Hope you like!

Best of Times to You and Yours

I won’t write a long entry.

Just a simple wish for you and for me.

From the bottom of my heart I hope that 2007 is one of the best years ever for everyone.

much less Rebo than last year.

Have fun, everybody!

Merry Ho Ho

It’s the 25th!

Christmas is here, but it’s a stretch for a lot of people to believe.

What with the fact that you don’t have to shovel any snow. That and you can probably get a tan from walking outside in the sunshine while wearing a t-shirt.

Heck, I was cleaning my eavestroughs last weekend. Craziness.

This year has been interesting, but I will talk more about that next week.

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday celebration, no matter what you believe in.

At long last, a glimpse of the red wall.

NaNoMaMa

NaNoWayMo

After a lot of thought, I have decided not to participate in NaNoWriMo this year.

I have to admit that I feel really crappy about that, as I would really love to do it. I even have a really great idea.

Last year I managed to finish, even though I had one less week to work with. Mind you, I rushed the last twenty pages, which makes me feel not-so-good.

I’m also a little disappointed that I haven’t revisited the story I wrote last year to fix it. When I first told Dave about my idea, he was a bit worried that I wouldn’t make it past ten pages.

So was I.

Surprisingly, it made it all the way to the fifty-thousand words that I was planning on writing. But at around the forty thousand word mark, the story became something more than what it was, and would require a lot more words to finish it.

If I was to have a list of things I would like to complete in the year ahead, that story would be on there.

Mama is Coming to Town

Mama is coming to T-Dot tomorrow. I am very much excited about this.

We haven’t seen her since April, which is far too long.

There will be a lot of celebrating. A few really cool people will be joining us, too.

Today is guaranteed to be the longest day of the year because of how much I am looking forward to this weekend.

Two Pair

Marrieds

I wanted to wish Dave and Sarah a Happy Anniversary!

It was two years ago that they tied the knot. Friends since childhood, their union was fated by the writings in the sands of the beaches of Ixtopa.

Or not.

More like fated by the fact that all of their friends knew it was going to happen.

Can I get a Hellz Yeah people?

Congrats, you two!

More Marrieds

I wanted to wish my other friends T & N a Happy Anniversary as well!

A big year! You’re celebrating your first anniversary in your new house! Not a small achievement.

May your future hold many more Ulty* tourneys!
